诸云龙针药结合治疗颈椎病临床应用效果及预防复发效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨诸云龙针药结合治疗颈椎病患者的临床应用效果及预防复发效果分析。方法:选择2015年3月—2015年8月间唐山市中医院诸云龙工作室符合纳入标准的颈椎病门诊及住院病人160例,分为治疗组80例和对照组80例。治疗组在针灸基础上运用诸云龙名老中医临床效方颈椎鹿灵汤加减,对照组采用西药常规治疗方法,加用安慰剂,治疗3个月为1个疗程,而后进行病情评估。结果:治疗前对两组患者临床症状进行量化评分,发现组间并无明显差异(P>0.05)。但在治疗后,治疗组明显提升到(18.07±2.84)分,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的阳性体征,治疗后较治疗前均有明显的改善(P<0.05)。两组间比较,治疗组上肢麻木、压颈试验、颈部疼痛阳性、臂丛神经牵拉实验阳性分别降为8.75%、11.25%、5.00%及15.00%,改善效果更优于对照组,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,治疗组总体有效率占95.00%,显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:诸云龙针药结合治疗颈椎病,可显著改善临床症状,提高预后效果,减少疾病反复的发生,且有效丰富了颈椎病的治疗思路,拓阔治疗途径,为此类患者增加了治愈的机会,具有重要的临床指导意义。Objective：To explore clinical effect and relapse prevention effect of ZHU Yunlong acupuncture and drug in patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods：Choose between March 2015 to August 2015 in ZHU Yunlong studio of Tangshan city hospital,which met the inclusion criteria of cervical disease outpatient and inpatient 160 cases,80 cases into treatment group,80 patients including control group. The use of acupuncture in the treatment group on the basis of Jingzhui Luling Tang,the control group with conventional Western medicine treatment plus placebo,3 months for a course of treatment assessment. Results：Positive signs in two groups of patients after treatment than that before treatment were significantly improved（P〈0.05）. Between the two groups,the effect of the treatment group improved more than the control group,the difference was more significant（P〈0.05）. After three months of treatment,prognosis assessment found that the overall effective treatment group accounted for 95.00%,far better than the control group,which was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：ZHU Yunlong acupuncture and drug in patients with cervical spondylosis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,improve prognosis and reduce the incidence of recurrent disease,it is worthy of widespread use.
