摘　　要：通过对中医学文献进行认真研读,探讨"轻可去实"理论的渊源、涵义、后世论述及临床价值。这些理论具备了鲜明的中医学特色,包涵着浓厚的中医理论内涵,体现着典型的中医思维特点。对中医学定量辨证理论研究和运用、对于临证选方用药和剂量把握均具有重要的指导价值。By carefully studying in TCM literature,the author discussed the origin,meaning,the literature interpreted by later authors and the value of clinic of the theory which is named＂light can remove full＂. These theories with distinctive Chinese features,and contain rich theoretical connotation of traditional Chinese medicine,embodies the typical thinking feature of traditional Chinese medicine. It has important guidance value to these aspects,which concluded the research and use on quantitative syndrome differentiation in TCM theory,and choosing the clinical medication and dose.
