推拿配合涌泉穴贴敷治疗小儿心火积热型夜啼临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿配合涌泉穴贴敷治疗小儿心火积热型夜啼临床疗效。方法:132例患者随机分成3组,贴敷组44例,单纯贴敷涌泉穴治疗;推拿组44例,以单纯推拿治疗;推拿贴敷组44例,推拿配合贴敷治疗。结果:推拿配合贴敷治疗小儿心火积热型夜啼,在减轻症状、改善机体状态等方面,确有较好疗效。贴敷同时推拿有效率可达100%,与单纯贴敷组及单纯推拿组差异均有高度显著性(P<0.05)。结论:推拿配合贴敷治疗小儿心火积热型夜啼,改善机体状态,促进病情向愈,有较好的疗效,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the effect of therapeutic effectiveness by massaging and patching therapy on Yongquan point on treating morbid night crying of babies which hyperactivity of heart-fire. Methods：132 children have morbid night crying of babies with hyperactivity of heartfire were assigned equally to three groups（patching group,massage group,patching with massage group）44 children on each group. The clinical effectiveness were observed. Results：After treatment,it have good curative effect at alleviating symptoms,improving the state of the body,etc. with patching therapy on Yongquan point and massaging in treating morbid night crying of babies with hyperactivity of heart-fire. At the same time,the cure effective of patching with massage on rate was 100%. It is more significant than the patching and the massaging group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Patching therapy on Yongquan point and massaging in treating morbid night crying of babies with hyperactivity of heart-fire can improve symptoms and external therapy,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
