中西医结合疗法治疗输卵管阻碍性不孕临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分析中西医结合疗法治疗输卵管阻碍性不孕症84例临床疗效。方法:用于本次临床研究的84例输卵管阻碍性不孕症患者是2012年6月—2014年6月这一时期内由我院收治的,将其作为观察组,另将我院同期收治的84例输卵管阻碍性不孕症患者作为对照组,对观察组的患者采用中西医结合疗法治疗,对对照组的患者采用常规西医疗法治疗,治疗后观察两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候评分及不良反应情况,并进行比较。结果:观察组患者的总治疗有效率比之对照组患者明显较高,两组数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的中医证候评分比之对照组患者明显较低,两组数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合疗法治疗输卵管阻碍性不孕症疗效理想、安全性高,值得广大医务人员在临床上应用推广。Objective：To observe and analyze 84 cases treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on tubal obstructive infertility. Methods：To choose 84 cases of fallopian tube obstructive infertility in the clinical study from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital,as the observation group,the other 84 cases of the same disease in this period in our hospital as the control group,the observation group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy,the control group were treated with routine Western medicine therapy,then observe the clinical curative effect,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions of two groups after treatment,and compared. Results：The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group,the differences between the two groups were significant（P〈0.05）;the TCM syndrome score of the observation group is obviously lower than that of the control group,showing significant difference（P〈0.05）;the adverse reaction rate of the two groups was with no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on fallopian tube obstructive infertility is with highly curative effect and security,which is widely used by the majority of medical personnel in the clinical application.
