通心络胶囊与硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效体会  

Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule and Isosorbide Mononitrate in Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

摘　　要：目的:通心络胶囊与硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:研究选取我院2014年1月—2016年1月就诊的60例冠心病心绞痛患者。随机分组方法为中心随机系统法。60例患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组治疗药物采用硝酸异山梨醇酯;观察组治疗药物采用通心络胶囊。比较:冠心病心绞痛症状疗效和心电图疗效;副作用发生情况;干预前和干预后患者血脂指标总胆固醇,高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,甘油三酯的差异;干预前和干预后患者CI、E峰加速时间、LVEF、SV的差异;干预前和干预后患者睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分的差异。结果:(1)观察组对比对照组冠心病心绞痛症状疗效和心电图疗效更高,P<0.05。(2)两组患者均无严重药物副作用发生,P>0.05。(3)干预前两组血脂指标总胆固醇,高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,甘油三酯相似,P>0.05;干预后观察组对比对照组血脂指标总胆固醇,高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,甘油三酯改善更显著,P<0.05。(4)干预前两组CI、E峰加速时间、LVEF、SV相似,P>0.05;干预后观察组对比对照组CI、E峰加速时间、LVEF、SV改善更显著,P<0.05。(5)干预前两组睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分相似,P>0.05;干预后观察组对比对照组睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分改善更显著,P<0.05。结论:通心络胶囊与硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效确切,可有效改善患者血脂水平、心功能,促进其睡眠质量和生活质量的改善,作用安全可靠,无严重不良反应发生,值得推广应用。Objective：This paper is the effective research of Tongxinluo Capsule and isosorbidemononitrate in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods：60 cases of coronary heart disease patients with coronary heart disease were selected in our hospital from January in 2014 to January in 2016. Random grouping method is central stochastic system. 60 patients were divided into two groups which are the control group remedied with isosorbide mononitrate and the observation group with Tongxinluo capsule. These are 5 comparative contents which are the curative effect of angina pectoris symptoms of coronary heart disease and electrocardiogram;the side effects;the differences of the index of blood lipids with total cholesterol,high and low density lipid protein cholesterol,triglyceride before and after the intervention;the differences of CI,E peak acceleration time,LVEF and SV before and after intervention;the differences of scores of sleep and life qualities before and after the intervention. Results：（1）The observation group compared with the control group has higher curative effect in the coronary heart disease of angina and ECG with P〈0.05.（2）Two groups of patients had no serious side effects with P〉0.05.（3）Before the intervention,the blood lipid indexes of total cholesterol,high and low density lipoprotein cholesterol solid alcohol,triglyceride in two groups are similar with P〉0.05,and after the intervention,the blood lipid indexes of the total cholesterol,high and low density lipid protein cholesterol,triglyceride in the observation group compared with the control group are significantly improved with P〈0.05.（4）Before the intervention,the CI,E peak acceleration time,LVEF,SV in the two groups are similar with P〉0.05,and after the intervention,the CI,E peak acceleration time,LVEF,SV in the observation group compared with the control group are significantly improved with P〈0.05.（5）Before the intervention,the sleep and life quality were similar in the two groups with P〉0
