摘  要:开发科研团队认知匹配、团队协同、协同生态效能3个测度量表。用德尔菲法和Likert7点计分法,以云南生物产业基础性科研团队为对象采集268份有效数据。用因子分析法对72个因素进行降维,提取10个因子,包括,团队认知匹配层面提取团队效能感、自我效能感和科研价值观3个因子;团队协同层面提取异质性知识交互、协作、沟通3个因子;协同生态效能层面提取效率、绩效、团队未来生存力、成员满意度4个因子。Based on the theoretical analysis and literature research, the measurement scales of research team cognitive match, team coordination and synergetic eco - efficiency were developed. The questionnaire was designed using Delphi method and Likert 7 point scoring method, and 268 valid data were collected based on fundamental scientific research team in Yunnan biological industry. According to the variance maximization of the multivariate statistical analysis method, 10 major influential factors which were able to fully reflect 72 influence factors were picked up. Among them, three factors, i. e. , team efficacy, serf- efficacy and values of scientific research were from team cognitive match. Three factors, i.e. , heterogeneous knowledge interaction, collaboration and communication were from team coordination. Four factors, i. e. , ef- ficiency, performance, team productivity in the future, satisfaction of team members were from synergetic eco - efficiency.
