摘 要:生产资源利用高效,环境污染少,质量可靠的建筑是未来建筑行业的发展趋势。根据BIM技术和3D技术的应用特点,针对我国建筑行业存在的问题,提出BIM-3D技术模式,分析BIM-3D技术的理论基础和关键技术;阐述该技术模式的应用平台并进行详细说明;最后对BIM-3D技术进行优劣势分析,为我国建筑行业的快速发展提供指导。The production resource utilization efficiency, less environmental pollution, reliable quality of the construction are the future trends of the development of construction industry. Aiming at the problems existing in the construction indus- try in our country, the paper puts forward the combined BIM technology and 3D technology form BIM -3D technology sys- tem. However, BIM technology and 3D technology in the construction industry in our country are still at the primary stage and do not form a scientific management system and management concept. BIM technology and 3D technology application in the field of construction are analyzed. On this basis, it puts forward the model of BIM -3D technology, analyzes the BIM - 3 D theoretical basis and the key technology of 3 D technology, expounds the model application platform, and provides de- tailed instruction. Finally, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of BIM -3D technology so as to promote the rapid development of construction industry of China.
