摘 要:抑郁症的病因与发病机制复杂,调控5-羟色胺信号传导过程是目前大多数上市抗抑郁药物的作用机制之一。近年来的研究表明,除5-羟色胺转运体外,其他多种5-羟色胺受体亚型对抑郁症的治疗也发挥着重要作用,已成为当前抗抑郁药物开发的热点之一。本文对5-羟色胺受体的研究现状,近年来文献中报道的作用于5-羟色胺受体的新结构及部分构效关系研究进行综述,为抗抑郁新药的研发提供借鉴。The etiology and pathogenesis of depression is complex, the regulation of serotonin signaling pathway is one of the most important mechanisms for commercially available antidepressants. In addition to serotonin transporter, recent studies have shown many other serotonin receptor subtypes also play an important role in the treatment of depression, which has become one of the hot topics of antidepressants. Therefore, the progress of serotonin receptors and new structure with the activity of regulating serotonin receptors as well as part of the structure-activity relationships are reviewed in this paper in order to provide reference for the further research and development of antidepressants.
