摘　　要：傅汝林教授治学严谨,学验俱丰,在多年的临床工作中积累了丰富的临床经验,擅长运用中医药治疗血液病。归脾汤为临床补益气血代表方之一,广泛应用于临床各系统病证。傅老师运用归脾汤随证加减治疗血液病,每获良效。主要介绍傅汝林教授运用归脾汤治疗血液病临床验案三则,以飨同道。Professor Fu Rulin has accumulated rich clinical experience during tens of years clinical work. He is good at treating blood diseaseis with rigorous scholarship and rich clinical experience and academic theories. Guipi Decoction is widely used in clinical as one of the prescription of Tonifying Qi and blood. Mr. Fu using Guipi Decoction in treating blood disease,received good effect. This arti cle introduced the clinical experience of Professor Fu Rulin using Guipi Decoction in treating 3 cases of hematonosis and share with fellow.
