中医健脾益肾法联合氯沙坦钾治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医健脾益肾法联合氯沙坦钾治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法:将70例脾肾气虚型慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组患者采用氯沙坦钾治疗,观察组患者采用中医健脾益肾法联合氯沙坦钾治疗,分析比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后相关实验室指标(尿蛋白、SCr、BUN、CCr、Alb)均显著改善,其中观察组治疗后相关实验室指标改善情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者优良率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05),具有较高的安全性。结论:中医健脾益肾法联合氯沙坦钾治疗脾肾气虚型慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿可显著改善患者临床实验室指标,具有良好的临床疗效和安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To study the effect of Jianpi Yishen decoction combined with losartan on the treatment of spleen-kidney-qi deficiency type chronic glomerulonephritis and to reduce proteinuria. Methods ： 70 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis with proteinuria were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （35 cases） and the observation group （35 cases）. Losartan potassium treatment, the observation group of 35 patients with traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Yishen combined with losartan potassium treatment, the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy of comparative analysis. Results ： There were significant differences be- tween the observation group and the control group in the relative laboratory indexes （urinary protein, SCr, BUN, CCr, Alb） after treatment . There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group （P〈 0. 05） ;There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions（P〉0.05）, with high safety; There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Jianpi Yishen method combined with losartan potassium in treating spleen and kidney qi deficiency chronic glomerulonephritis reduce proteinuria can significantly improve the clinical laboratory indicators, has a good clinical efficacy and safety.
