摘  要:针对广州石化乙烯装置裂解炉产汽量不足引起的裂解气压缩机不安全运行和装置能耗偏高的现状,分析了装置存在的石脑油烯烃较高、急冷锅炉结焦速度快、裂解炉热效率低等问题,提出了改善原料品质、强化对流段传热、工艺操作优化等途径。经过实践,能够有效地将裂解炉产汽量提高约2.5 t/h,降低装置能耗(标油)约9 kg/t,保障裂解气压缩机用汽安全。The insufficient steam production of cracking furnace in the ethylene plant at SINOPEC Guangzhou Company led to the unsafe operation of cracking gas compressor and the high energy consumption of the ethylene plant. To solve these problems,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the ethylene plant including high-olefin naphtha,heavy-coking and low thermal efficiency of cracking furnace, and proposes some approaches such as improving the quality of raw material,enhancing the convection heat transfer and optimizing the process operation. The practical application proves that the steam production of cracking furnace can be significantly improved by 2. 5 t / h, and the energy consumption of ethylene plant can be reduced by 8. 92 kg·e / t,thus guaranteeing the steam safety of cracking gas compressor.
