摘　　要：介绍了乙炔前加氢催化剂KL7741B-T5在兰州石化乙烯厂460 kt/a乙烯装置的应用情况。在3个使用周期内该催化剂分别经受了飞温和中毒的考验,通过调整反应器的床层入口温度,控制进口物料中CO的含量以及合理分配3台反应器的除炔比,保证了碳二加氢反应器的正常运行,并对该催化剂的选择性进行了分析评价。介绍了应对裂解炉投油过程中该反应器的波动采取的有效措施。This paper introduces the application of acetylene selective hydrogenation catalyst KL7741B-T5 in the ethylene plant of Petro China Lanzhou Petrochemical Co. Ltd. The catalyst experienced intoxication and temperature run-away in the past three cycles,and the reactor was controlled in good situation by regulating the temperature at the reactor inlet,controlling the CO content of the inlet materials and rationally distributing the ratio of acetylene removal among the three beds. In addition,the selectivity of the catalyst during the past three cycles is calculated,and some effective measures against reactor fluctuation during the operation of cracking furnace are put forward.
