摘 要:随着人们对供水质量和供水系统可靠性要求的不断提高,利用先进的自动化技术、控制技术以及通讯技术,设计出高性能、高节能、能适应用于复杂环境的恒压供水系统成为必然趋势。本文介绍了某实验大楼的集中冷源供水系统,采用变频器驱动水泵向管路供水,由水压传感器反馈信号与水压设定值在调节器中形成闭环,经PID控制输出调节变频器,以保持水泵的供水压力恒定。与传统供水方式相比,这种以变频器结合PLC组成的控制系统具有高可靠性、强抗干扰能力、组合灵活、编程简单、维修方便和低成本等诸多特点,还适用于多系统集中控制和实现自动调节。With the increase of water quality and the reliability of water system, using advanced automation, control anct communication technology to design a high-performance, high energy saving constant pressure water supply system which can adapt to the complex environment is becoming an inevitable trend. This paper introduces the water supply system in the centralized cold source of an experimental building, it uses inverter-driven pump to pipe water supply. A closed loop in the regulator by the feedback signal from water pressure sensor and the value of water pressure is formed, the inverter by the PID to maintain a constant water pressure pump is regulated. Compared with the traditional water supply mode, this control system is composed of inverter and PLC has high reliability, strong anti-interference capability, flexible programming, easy maintenance, low cost, and many other features, and also applies to multiple system of centralized control and automatic regulation.
