摘　　要：该电阻自动测试仪采用12C5A60S2单片机为核心控制器,利用伏安法测电阻的测量方法 ,将测量的电压值通过模数转换模块AD7705转换成数字信号,将数字信号输入12C5A60S2单片机进行处理,完成电阻测量功能、自动换挡和筛选功能、电位器阻值变化曲线测试的功能。再通过单片机与显示模块的连接,显示测量结果。The automatic resistance tester consists of 12C5A60S2 monolithic integrated circuit as the core element. The voltammetry measurement method is used for measuring the resistance, and the measure of voltage value is converted into a digital signal through the analog-to-digital conversion module AD7705. Digital signal inputted 12c5a60s2 MCU is processed. The function of resistance measurement automatic shift and functional screening, potentiometer resistance change curve test are completed. And then through the connection between the microcontroller and display module, measurement results are displayed.
