鼻窦囊肿81例临床及影像学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻窦囊肿的临床特征、影像学特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析本院81例鼻窦囊肿患者的临床症状、影像学特点以及手术治疗效果。结果 81例患者主要表现为头痛、鼻塞、面部肿块、突眼、视力下降、眼痛等非特异性症状,CT扫描提示病变位于上颌窦者27例、筛窦者26例、额-筛窦12例,蝶-筛窦10例、蝶窦4例、额窦2例。所有患者行鼻内镜手术治疗,无并发症,术后随访无复发。结论鼻窦囊肿大多表现为鼻外症状,应引起临床重视;影像学检查有助于鼻窦囊肿的诊断;鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦囊肿安全可靠。Objective To explore the clinical, imaging characteristics and treatment of sinus cysts. Method 81 patients with sinus cysts were retrospectively analyzed the clinical presentations, imaging characteristics and the effect of surgical treatment in our hospital. Results The main clinical symptoms of 81 patients were those of nonspecific such as headache, nasal obstruction, swelling of face, exophthalmos, visual lesion, ophthalmalgia and so on. CT scanning showed that, 27 cases was maxillary sinus, 26 cases was ethmoid sinus, 12 cases was fronto-ethmoidal sinus, 10 cases was spheno-ethmoidal sinus, 4 cases was mucocele of the sphenoid sinus, and 2 cases was frontal sinus. All patients were treated with endoscopic nasal resection, no complications and recurrence. Conclusion Sinus cysts are difficult to be diagnosed because of its non-specific symptoms. Imaging examinations might improve the diagnostic level of sinus cysts. Nasal endoscopic surgery is safe and reliable for sinus cysts.
