摘　　要：探讨了基于众包模式、采用移动互联技术为主要手段的地理信息数据采集、更新流程机制与方式方法,开展基于轻应用、第三方应用及Web应用等3种形式的数据采集、上报、审核与提取关键技术研究,为空间数据采集、更新技术探讨及应用提供思路。利用研究成果开发空气质量随手拍应用平台,将众包地理数据采集手段与环境治理公众参与结合,对本项技术的行业应用提供具体思路。Based on crowdsourcing model, this paper discusses the process mechanism and mode of geographic information data col- lection arid update using mobile internet technology as the main means, carry＇ s out research on key technology of data acquisition, re- porting, audit and extract based on three forms of light application, third - party applications and web applications, and provides ideas for research and application on technology of spatial data collection and update . We use the result to develop the air quality readily photoed application platform, combining the data collection means in＂ Crowdsourcing＂ with the public participation in environmental management, and provides specific idea for the industry application of this technology.
