摘  要:随着我国绿色节能建筑的发展,耗能巨大的公共建筑已经引起了高度重视,针对公共建筑的能耗设备多、产权单一的特点,结合分析几种合同能源管理模式的特点后,得出了公共建筑节能改造适用的合同能源管理模式。在合同能源管理项目开展时,合作双方存在利益分配问题,如何确定利益分配方式是合同能源管理项目合作成功的关键。通过对合同能源管理项目利益分配问题的分析,明确了双方可分配的利益对象以及利益分配总额,得到了利益分配的有效范围。通过建立讨价还价博弈模型,得出合理的用能单位和节能服务企业利益分配比例。最后通过算例分析证明了讨价还价模型在确定利益分配比例问题中的实用性和有效性。With the development of China' s green building energy saving, public buildings of huge energy consumption has caused great attention, to the characteristics of the public building: many high energy consumption facilities and single property rights, after analyzed the characteristics of several energy performance contracting modes, this paper obtained the energy performance contracting mode of public building energy saving reconstruction project. When the energy performance contracting project is developed, they had benefit allocation problems, how to determine the benefit allocation is the key to the success of energy performance contracting project. By means of energy performance contracting project analysis of the benefit allocation problems, it cleared the object of both sides benefit allocated, and the total amount of benefit allocation, got the effective range of the benefit allocation. Through establishing the Bargaining-Game model, it got benefit allocation proportion of the energy using units and energy service company. Finally, through analyzing case demonstrated the practicality and effectiveness of the Bargaining-Game model for benefit allocation in energy performance contracting.
