摘　　要：目的评价2010-2012年广西百色市3个全球基金疟疾项目县(区)的实施效果,为科学实施消除疟疾行动计划及考核评估工作提供参考依据。方法收集整理2010-2012年百色市3个全球基金疟疾项目县(区)疟疾防治工作资料并进行统计学分析,评价百色市全球基金疟疾项目的实施效果。结果 2010-2012年百色市全球基金疟疾项目实施地区共报告疟疾病例23例,年均发病率为0.78/10万;病例感染地来源全部为境外输入;"三热"病人血检完成率达97.36%;疟防知识和技能培训覆盖率达到90%,中小学生和居民疟防知识知晓率分别为89.23%和81.46%;病例诊断后24 h内网络报告、个案调查和疫点处置、实验室检测和确诊等病例管理能力显著提高。结论全球基金疟疾项目的实施加速了百色市消除疟疾工作的进程,项目实施县(区)的疟疾防治工作能力得到显著提升。Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of Malaria Elimination Project supported by the Global Fund in Baise city so as to provide reference for the scientific implementation of Malaria Elimination Action Plan and the examination and evaluation work. Methods The data about malaria prevention and con- trol work were collected and analyzed statistically in 3 counties from 2010 to 2012 in order to evaluate the measures and effects of malaria control. Results There were 23 reported cases in the project areas from 2010 to 2012, and the average annual incidence rate was 0.78/100 000 with a declining trend. The infected area sources of patients were mainly imported overseas. The blood test completion rate of febrile patients was 97.36%. The training coverage rate of malaria prevention knowledge and skills reached up to 90%. The awareness rates of malaria prevention and control were 89.23% and 81.46% in students and local residents, respectively. The case reporting with in 24 h upon diagnosis, case investigation and response to epidemics, laboratory testing and confirmation and the other case management capabilities had also improved significantly. Conclusion The implementation of the Global Fund Malaria Project in Baise City has accelerated the process of malaria elimination work and improved significantly the malaria control ability in the project areas.
