摘　　要：本文通过梳理2016年国内外档案年会的主题,分析各国年会主题的内容特点;并概括出当前国内外档案工作的最新特点和趋势——从横向跨度突出全球视野,倡导以人为本精神,促进档案工作的和谐发展;从纵向进程契合社会演进,满足知识社会的核心需求,创新驱动,知识为王。This article lists the themes and analyzes the content characteristics of 2016 archival annual conferences. Then it generalizes the features and trends of archival work at home and abroad. In lateral thinking, it highlights the global perspective and humanistic values to promote the harmonious development of archival work. In vertical thinking, it encourages innovation and respects knowledge to satisfy the core requirements of knowledge society and be in accord with social evolution.
