摘 要:涡轮叶顶间隙影响涡轮气动特性。文中针对某型船用燃气轮机在慢车、0.35、0.50、0.85、1.00、1.05等多个工况,通过有限元计算,研究并分析了不同工况时涡轮叶顶间隙高度对涡轮效率的影响。结果发现当运行工况高于0.85工况时该燃气轮机涡轮叶片与机匣衬环发生碰磨;当工况不变时,控制高压涡轮叶顶间隙高度,发现叶顶间隙每增大0.2 mm,涡轮效率降低约0.4%左右,研究结果对主动间隙控制相关研究提供理论参考。The tip clearance of turbine has some influence on turbine'saerodynamics characteristics. With the finite analysis, this paper makes efforts on the research of the effect of tip clearance of high-pressure turbine on turbine efficiency at six working conditions ( the local train ;0.35 ;0.5 ;0.85;1.0;1.05 ) based on a marine gas turbine. The result shows that when working condition is higher than 0.85, the blade of this gas turbine will touch the shroud. Maintaining the working condition same, when we control the tip clearance of high-pressure, the result shows that a 0.2 mm increase in tip clearance can lead to a reduction of 0.4% in turbine efficiency. This result can provide a theoretical reference for the research on active tip clearance control.
