摘　　要：数值模拟法是推断尸体死亡时间（PMI）研究的新趋势，本文在调研文献的基础上，介绍了人体及尸体温度数值模拟的研究现状：给出描述尸体传热学性质的物理模型和数学表达公式：建立了尸体冷却计算的流程。计算中关注初始温度影响、尸体冷却方式的表达。提出用现场一段时间的肛温连续测量数据作为目标函数。实现Workbench软件平台上优化PMI模拟结果的方法。Computer simulation is a new tendency towards study of postmortem interval. Based on theinvestigation of relativedocuments,a survey on the present researchworks dealing with computer simulation for human body is simply introduced.A set of mathematic expression for describing cooling process of body is recommended. Amodel for typical corpse ispreliminarily established. As for the simulation procession, the initial temperature and distribution of corpse are considered. The simulation resultwould be optimized by the design exploration solver of Workbenchwithobjective function valueof corpsetemperature under continuouslymeasured at a certain period of time.
