广西“双核驱动”背景下的区域经济一体化研究

摘　　要：广西北部湾经济区和珠江一西江经济带这两个核心增长极的发展对广西乃至西部地区都有巨大的带动作用。研究如何在“双核”背景下推进区域经济一体化，一方面能使区域内城市加深分工协作，产生促进经济增长的强大的区域集合效应，另一方面也符合区域经济的发展规律，对统筹我国区域经济协调发展，尤其对加快促进西部经济发展具有重要战略意义。论文首先对“双核”区域经济一体化面临的机遇和挑战进行了详细分析：其次从四个方面对“双核”区域经济一体化存在的问题进行了阐述：最后从四个方面提出了区域经济一体化的调控措施。the two core of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the Pearl River - West River Economic Belt of the growth pole of development have a tremendous role in Guangxi and the western region. Study on how to promote regional economic integration in the context of the ＂dual core＂, on the one hand can make the regional city to deepen cooperation, have a strong regional economic growth promote the collection effect, on the other hand also conforms to the development rule of regional economy, the development of China＇s overall regional economic coordination, especially has important strategic significance for promoting the western economic development. This paper makes a detailed analysis on the ＂dual face of regional economic integration＂ opportunities and challenges; secondly, from the four aspects of the ＂dual core＂ of regional economic integration issues are discussed; finally the control measures of regional economic integration from four aspects.
