摘 要:连接器是电子设备中关键的元器件之一,广泛应用于各类电力电子系统,其接触性能直接影响整个系统的可靠性,其中微动磨损是导致系统接触失效的重要原因之一。本文概括了近年来国内外学者对此问题的研究进展,列举了连接器贵金属Au、PdNi合金和普通金属Sn、Ni、Cu等材料的微动接触性能,分析了接触压力、幅值及环境温度等因素对微动性能的影响。对连接器的触点选材和具体场合的选用提供参考。Connector is one of the components in electronic equipment, which is widely used in all kinds of power electronic systems, the contact properties directly affect the reliability of the whole system, and fretting wear is one of the important reasons to lead to the failure of the contact system. This paper summarizes the research pro- gress of this issue by scholars at home and abroad in recent years. The ( Au, Pd - Nialloy) and base environment temperature on it of specific occasions. fretting contact properties of noble metals metals ( Cu, Ni, Sn) are presented, and the influence of contact force, amplitude and is analyzed. Provide reference for contact material selection of connectors and selection of specific occasions.
