摘　　要：针对承钢公司100 t转炉原有顶吹及底吹供气元件存在的问题,确定了从顶吹及底吹两方面进行系统优化的思路。主要改进措施有:将原4孔氧枪喷头改进为5孔,应用单环缝式底吹枪代替原来的毛细管式透气砖,100 t转炉的多项经济技术指标得到了改善,大幅度提高了复吹转炉的冶金效果。A idea to optimize systematically from top and bottom blown is settled down to solve the problems in the original gas - feeding components of 100 - ton converter of Cheng Steel. The main improving measures are ： the original 4 - hole nozzle of oxygen lance changed into 5 - hole one, using single - ring split - type bottom - blown lance to substitute the original capillary - tubes gas permeable brick. The many economic and technical indexes of the converter are improved, the metallurgical effect of combined blown converter improved to a great extent.
