摘 要:以三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为前驱体,制备了一种新型的磺化碳基材料催化剂(SMC),通过傅里叶红外光谱分析(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、氮气吸附-脱附测定(BET)、热重分析(TGA)、元素分析和酸量测定等方法对所制备的SMC进行表征,并将其用于催化果糖脱水制5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)。研究了溶剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间和果糖浓度等对5-HMF收率的影响,确定了适宜的反应条件。结果表明:在较优的条件下,即二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂,催化剂用量5%、反应温度180℃、反应时间30 min、果糖浓度0.025 g×m L^(-1)时,5-HMF收率可达79.8%;催化剂具有较高的重复使用性能,经5次重复使用后,5-HMF收率只下降7.1%。A novel sulfonated carbonaceous material was prepared through carbonization and sulfonation of a melamine formaldehyde resin, which was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning electron microscope (SEM), BET, Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), elemental analysis and acidity measurement. The prepared sulfonated carbonaceous material was used to catalyze fructose dehydration to prepare 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF), and the effects of solvents, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time and fructose concentration on 5-HMF yield were investigated. The results show that 5-HMF yield of 79.8% could be obtained in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) under the following optimum reaction conditions: the catalyst dosage is 5% of fructose input, reaction temperature 180℃, reaction time 30 min and fructose concentration 0.025 g·mL^-1. 5-HMF yield only decreased 7.1% after the catalyst was reused for five times, which indicates good reusability of the catalyst.
