摘  要:介绍了以贫碳酸锰矿为原料,采用硫酸直接酸浸法制备工业级硫酸锰的工艺流程,详细讨论了影响锰浸出的各种因素。试验结果表明:在酸矿比为0.45、浸出温度为90℃、反应时间为4 h、液固比为4∶1和转速为300 r/min条件下,锰浸出率高达97.44%。浸出液经净化除杂、浓缩结晶后,得到纯度为98.3%的工业级硫酸锰产品。The process of preparing manganese sulfate from low-grade manganese carbonate ores by sulphric acid leaching was studied. And the influence factors of the leaching rate of manganese were evaluated. The results show that leaching rate of manganese was 97.44% under the following conditions with 45% of the concentration of sulfuric acid(g/g) ,90 centigrade of leaching temperature ,240 minutes of reaction time ,4 (V/W)of liquid/solid ratio and 300r/min of stirring speed. The obtained quality of the product can meet the national standard GB1622 - 86 with a high purity of 98.3% after the acidic leaching solution is purified,concentrated and crystalled.
