摘　　要：工业危废集中处置工程的项目与其它工业及一般固废处置建设项目的工程特性不同,此类项目地下水环评所涉及的要点也存在一定的差异。通过对此类项目的工程分析及污染因素,地下水评价等级及评价范围的确定,环境保护目标及敏感程度的判定,环境现状调查与评价,环境影响预测与评价和地下水环境保护措施与对策等方面的分析,从而明确了工业危废集中处置工程地下水环评应重点关注的要点,以期为此类项目的地下水环评报告编制及技术评估提供参考。A projects of industrial hazardous waste concentrated disposal have different characteristics with other general solid waste disposal project, points of groundwater environmental impact assess-ment have some differences such as the project. Through project analysis and pollution factors such as the project,determination of groundwater assessment level and scope,environmental protection ob-jectives and sensitivity,investigation and evaluation of environmental situation,environmental impact assessment and prediction and groundwater environmental protection measures and countermeasures, points of industrial hazardous waste disposal project should pay attention about groundwater EIA,this article provide a reference for groundwater EIA report preparation and technology assessment such the project.
