摘　　要：随着计算机网络云技术和视频监控技术在生活生产上的广泛应用,如何采用有效而且可靠的手段实现实时网络和视频双重远程监控成为必然趋势。主要讨论基于计算机网络云技术下,利用计算机或手机等终端设备实现远程网络管理和远程视频管理。实时远程双重监控管理上的延伸,既可以实现视频图像和网络管理本地控制,又可以实时远程控制,低成本高效率提高了网络和视频双重监控管理系统运行的及时性和安全性。With the widely use of computer network cloud technology and Video monitoring manage-ment technology in our life and production work. How to use effective and reliable means to realize the dual video monitoring of real-time network and video has become an inevitable trend. This article mainly discussed base on computer Network cloud technology,to use terminal device including PC or mobile to realize the purpose of remote video management. The extension of the real time remote mo-nitoring management can not only realize the local control of the video image and network manage-ment,but also can control the real time remote monitoring. With Its′function of low cost and high ef-ficient,It brings promptly and safety management method by applying local and remote video and network technology.
