摘  要:采用外热式反应釜,以醋酸钾为活化剂,进行了城市脱水污泥和白杨木锯末共热解制取气体的研究。考察了锯末掺混量、热解温度、活化剂添加量、反应时间对共热解气体的产量、组成及热值的影响规律。结果表明:随着锯末掺混量的增大,气体的产量、H_2含量和热值均先增大后减小;随着热解温度的升高,气体的产量、H_2含量不断增大,热值先增大后减小;随着活化剂添加量的增大,气体的产量和H_2含量均不断增大,热值先增大后减小;随着反应时间增加,气体的产量不断增大,H_2含量和热值均先增加后减小。当污泥和锯末质量比为1∶1,热解温度为500℃,活化剂添加质量分数为6%,反应时间为60min时,热解气体的产量、氢气体积分数及热值分别为152.62 L/kg,31.12%和17.75MJ/m3。Co-pyrolysis of dewatered sewage sludge and poplar sawdust with potassium acetate as activator for fuel gas production was studied in an external heated reactor. The effects of sludge/sawdust mass ratio, temperature, activator amount and reaction time on the yields, composition and heat values of produced gases were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of sludge/sawdust mass ratio, all of the yield, H2 content and heat value of the gas exhibited first increasing, then decreasing; with the increase of pyrolysis temperature, the yield and H2 content of the gas increased, and the heat value first increased then decreased; with the increase of activator amount, the yield and H2 content of the gas increased, and the heat value first increased then decreased; and with the increase of reaction time, gas yield increased, and H2 content and heat value first increased then decreased. When the sludge/sawdust mass ratio, temperature, activator amount and reaction time were 1:1, 500℃, 6% and 60min, respectively, the yield, H2 content and heat value of the gas were 152.62L/kg, 31.12% by volume and 17.75MJ/m3, respectively.
