摘  要:针对传统滚轮穴播器膜上播种时存在撕膜、挑膜、穴位错孔等问题,为满足旱地全膜双垄沟机械化播种要求,设计间歇式投种玉米穴播装置。该机利用槽轮机构行进过程中的间歇式停顿,曲柄滑块机构做往复直线运动进行直插播种,成穴器在曲柄滑块机构带动下垂直入土、出土,并在入土最低端强制开启,实现零速投种,穴孔位置准确,减少放苗等后续作业。田间试验结果表明:整机作业性能优异,空穴率为0.79%,穴粒数合格率为93.2%,播种深度合格率为94.1%,穴位错孔率为1.3%,作业质量符合行业技术标准要求。Aimed at the problem of the traditional wheel dibbler tearing the film, picking the film and seeding dislocation with hole site, the zero-speed sowing hill-drop planter for maize is designed to meet the requirements of the mechanized planting technology of all film double-furrow in dry land. It combines intermittent motion of geneva wheel mechanism and reciprocating linear movement of slider-crank mechanism organically. The whole machine advances intermittently in a punch planting cycle, the pushing tappet opener can work vertically in and out the soil, drop at zero-speed dependably at the lowest end, and the seeding site is accurate. Seedlings releasing and other follow-up process are reduced. Field experiment results show that the op- erating performance is stable and reliable, the empty hole rate is 0.79%, the qualified rate of seed number in the hole is 93.2%, the qualified rate of sowing depth is 94.1%, the rate of seeding dislocation with hole site is 1.3%, work quality meets the technical standards requirements of the industry.
