摘  要:主副钢板弹簧是车架与车轮之间的传力装置,主要支撑车身并缓冲不平路面对车身造成的冲击。用ABAQUS软件建立QS-3BY-9C1型号爬山虎后主副钢板弹簧有限元模型,在相邻簧片之间施加接触单元,模拟簧片之间的接触特性;簧片中心螺栓孔内建立分布约束,并把不同簧片螺栓孔内的耦合点刚性连接模拟螺栓预紧联接;在两端卷耳中心建立参考点,约束钢板弹簧一端参考点123方向自由度,约束另一端参考点13方向自由度模拟板簧与车身之间的联接,分析其在相应状态下的应力应变及约束模态,为钢板弹簧的优化设计及性能分析提供理论参考。The main and auxiliary leaf spring is the force-transmitting means between the frame and wheels, mainly supporting the body, and cushioning the impact of uneven road surfaces on the body; finite element model of Model QS-3BY-9C1 Ivy leaf spring is established with the software ABAQUS, including applying a contact unit between adjacent reeds, which simulates the reed contact characteristics; building distribution restraint in the bolt hole of reed center, rigid connecting the coupling points in the bolt holes of different reeds, simulating pre'tightening connection of bolts; establishing a reference point at the center of lugs of both ends, restraining the freedom degree of the reference point at one end of the leaf spring in the 123 direction, and re- straining the freedom degree of the reference point at the other end in the 13 direction to simulate the connection between the leaf spring and the body, analyzing its stress and strain and restraint mode in the respective state, providing theoretical reference for optimization design and performance analysis of leaf spring.
