乌兰察布市春尺蠖核型多角体病毒(AciNPV)区域性防治试验效益分析

摘  要:文章利用春尺蠖核型多角体病毒(AciNPV)进行区域性防治试验示范推广1.05万hm2,平均标准枝虫口密度下降率93%,平均套笼幼虫死亡率91.7%,防治效果93%,平均产投比为26.7∶1,效益巨大。共挽回生长量63200m3,折合现金3160万元。因其不仅具有短期防治效果,而且具有垂直传播的后效作用,这是任何化学药剂都不能相比的。常规化学农药防治成本为210元/hm2,AciNPV制剂防治成本仅为112.5元/hm2,平均降低防治费46.4%。AciNPV无毒性和致病性,由此可见,应用AciNPV是安全可靠的,吸引资金、技术、人才建设家乡的能力进一步提高,具有极大的社会效益。保护了森林健康生长,促进生态文明发展,按照经济效益与生态效益之比约为1∶9,具有极大的生态效益。T he regional controlling experiment with Apocheima cinearius nuclear polyhedrosis virosis (AciNPV) and demonstration promotion of 10,500 hm2 were conducted. The results showed that the average population density standard branches fell by 93%, and the average set of cage larva mortality was 91.7%. The benefit is enormous with the control effect of 93% and the average ratio of 26.7:1. An increment of 63,200 m3 was restored, equivalent to 31.6 million yuan in cash. With its short-term control effect and the aftereffect of vertical transmission, no chemicals are eomparable to it. Conventional chemical prevention and control of pesticide costs 210yuan per hm2, while AciNPV preparation control just 112.5yuan per hm2, with an average reduction of 46.4%. Without toxicity and pathogenieity, the application of mulberry looper AciNPV is safe and reliable. It will improve the attraction for investment, teehnology and talents introduction and create considerable social benefits. Also, it protects the growth of forest promote the eeologieal civilization, In the light of 1:9 ratio of economic and ecological benefit, it has great ecological benefits.
