摘　　要：在某型军用通信设备的设计与研制中,功放的质量和可靠性水平是影响整个设备性能指标的关键因素。分析了该型功放的故障模式和失效机理,对其进行了可靠性增长设计。该方案经过了多项试验验证,能够达到功放可靠性水平提高的目的。During the design and development of a military communication equipment, the quality and reliability level of power amplifier is the key fator that affects its overall performance. The failure mode and failure mechanism of the power amplifier are analyzed, and its reliability growth design is carried out. The scheme has been verified by a number of experiments, which can achieve the goal of improving the reliability level of power amplifier.
