摘 要:以甲缩醛和三聚甲醛合成聚甲氧基二甲醚的反应体系为研究目标,筛选了HZSM-5分子筛为催化剂,考察了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量对反应结果的影响。优化的反应条件为:甲缩醛和三聚甲醛质量比为2/1、反应温度为70℃、反应时间为2~4h、催化剂用量为1.5%。在此条件下,三聚甲醛转化率大于95%,柴油有效添加组分DMM3-4的选择性为42%以上。循环实验表明,该催化剂结构稳定、性能优良,在5次循环使用中原料转化率和产物选择性未见有明显下降。Several kinds of catalysts were evaluated in terms of catalyzing the reaction of methylal and trioxane to produce polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers. The reaction conditions, such as the mass ratio Of raw materials, reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst dosage, were investigated. Under the optimized conditions of the mass ratio of methylal with trioxane 2/1, reaction temperature 70℃, reaction time 2 - 4 hours and the catalyst dosage 1.5%, the conversion of trioxane and the selectivity of DMM3 -4 were higher than 95% and 42%, respectively. The results indicated that the catalyst has the advantage of sTab. structure, excellent performance, and the conversion and selectivity has not declined during the fifth recycles.
