摘　　要：介绍了杨家坝铁矿选矿时磨矿分级流程的基本情况,重点阐述了球磨机、旋流器、Derrick高频振动细筛以及砂泵之间的工作原理,探讨了生产工艺控制措施及目前磨矿分级流程存在的不足,提出了下一步改进的建议。In this paper, the basic situation of grinding classification process of Yangjiaba iron ore is introduced. The working principle of ball mill, cyclone, Derrick high frequency vibrating fine screen and sand pump is introduced. The control measures of production process are discussed. At present, there are some shortcomings in the process of grinding and grading, and the suggestions for the further improvement are put forward.
