Nuss手术前后漏斗胸患者心功能变化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童漏斗胸微创手术矫治后1年半-2年拆除钢板时心功能与术前的变化。方法回顾性分析2010年4月-2015年4月昆明市儿童医院275例漏斗胸患者,经Nuss手术矫正治疗。通过统计、对比患者术前及手术1年半-2年后拆除钢板时的心脏彩超结果:LA,RA,LVDd,LVDs,RV,射血分数(EF)等指标,评估微创Nuss手术对心脏功能及结构的影响。结果经微创Nuss矫正术治疗的275例漏斗胸患者在手术1年半-2年后拆除钢板时的心脏功能较治疗前明显改善。结论微创Nuss矫正术可明显改善患者的心脏功能,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate changes funnel childrenl.5years-2 years after surgical correction of thoracic minimally invasive removal of steel and preoperative cardiac function. Methods A retrospective analysis from April 2010 to April 2015 Kunming Children＇s Hospital 275 cases of pectus excavatum patients after surgical correction NUSS treatment. Through statistics, comparing preoperative surgical patients and 1.5 years-2 years after echocardiography results demolition of steel sheet： LA, RA, LVDd, LVDs, RV, ejection fraction （EF） and other indicators to assess Nuss minimally invasive cardiac surgery affect the function and structure. Results Nuss minimally invasive surgery treatment of 275 cases of patients with pectus excavatum surgery a year and a half-2 years significantly improved cardiac function when compared with steel removal treatment. Conclusion Minimally invasive Nuss surgery can significantly improve patient＇s heart function, worthy of clinical application.
