摘 要:目的调查饮水机对桶装饮用水中双酚A的二次污染状况,了解深圳居民桶装饮用水中双酚A的暴露水平。方法随机抽取饮水机34台,分别采集未经饮水机加热的桶装饮用水、经饮水机加热的桶装饮用水,检测双酚A含量。结合深圳居民桶装饮用水摄入量调查,采用概率评估法,进行深圳居民桶装饮用水中双酚A的暴露评估。结果未经饮水机加热的桶装饮用水、经饮水机加热的桶装饮用水中双酚A含量差异无统计学意义(t=13,P>0.05)。在模拟结果中,深圳居民桶装饮用水中双酚A的暴露水平为0.00~10.95 ng/(kg·d)。结论深圳居民桶装饮用水中双酚A的暴露量在可接受的范围内。Objective To investigate the secondary pollution of bisphenol A in barreled drinking water from drinking water machine, and to know the exposure levels of bisphenol A in barreled drinking water in residents in Shenzhen. Methods Thirty-four drinking water machines were randomly selected. Barreled drinking water with and without heating by drinking water machine was collect, and the content of bisphenol A was detected. According to the barreled drinking water intake by residents in Shenzhen, bisphenol A exposure risk was appraised by probabilistic assessment method. Results No statistically significant difference was found in the content of bisphenol A between barreled drinking water with and without drinking water machine heating ( t= 13, P〉 0. 05). In the simulation tests, the exposure level of bisphenol A in the barreled drinking water ranged between 0.00-10.95 ng/ ( kg.d). Conclusions The exposure of bisphenol A in barreled drinking water in Shenzhen City is within the acceptable range.
