摘 要:武汉中心塔楼高区采用上挂下承式转换结构,由于建筑功能对下承转换梁的截面限制,转换梁无法承受按刚度分配传至其上的荷载。探索通过对施工过程的设定来调整荷载传递途径的设计方法,以达到降低转换梁负担荷载的目的,并对设计设定的施工过程进行施工模拟分析,验证其调整结构内力分布的效果,计算结果表明,设计方案能方便实施,并可以达到预期效果。The transfer structure,which is hung on the upper floor and connected with lower floor,is adopted in high zone of Wuhan Center Tower.Because the building function has restrictions for the cross section of the transfer beam connected with lower floor,so the transfer beam can not afford the loads that are distributed on it according to the stiffness distribution.The setting of the construction process was explored to adjust the design method for load transfer way,in order to reduce the load burden of transfer beam.And construction simulation analysis was conducted on construction process set by design,in order to verify the effect of the adjustment of structural internal force distribution.The calculation results show that the design scheme can be conveniently implemented,and can achieve the desired effect.
