摘  要:实践中发现工字形钢吊车梁上翼缘容易出现疲劳裂缝,由此国内外部分专家建议使用焊接双腹板的箱形吊车梁,然而最近几年发现,焊接双腹板的箱形吊车梁上翼缘与腹板连接焊缝也易出现疲劳裂缝。基于某厂房箱形吊车梁现场测试检验结果,对箱形吊车梁上翼缘与腹板连接处的疲劳问题进行了应力状态分析,指出箱形钢吊车梁"颈部效应"的疲劳机理,并提出了实用的加固方案。Due to the top flange weld of I-shaped steel crane girders often appears fatigue damage such as cracking,some national and international experts suggest that box crane girder with welded double-web is used.However,the problem has been found that it easily appears fatigue cracking at the connecting weld between top flange and web of box crane girder with welded double-web in recent years.Based on the field test results of a box crane girder of an industrial workshop,stress analysis was carried out for the fatigue problem mentioned above,fatigue mechanism of "neck effect"for box crane steel girders was pointed out and the reasonable reinforcement scheme was put forward.
