摘 要:采用X射线应力分析仪对7050铝合金冲击强化后三个方向的残余应力进行了测量,并借助VHX-2000超景深三维显微系统对其表面形貌进行观察。结果表明,冲击1次,最大残余主应力变化较小,铝合金表面在激光加载区域形成了较深的凹坑,激光加载区域与边缘区域的高度差达13.88μm。冲击2、3、4次时,由于追赶卸载,材料表面拉应力与压应力分布不均匀,材料表面既有凸起,又有凹陷。The residual stresses of 7050 Al alloy after shock strengthening in three directions were measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The VHX-2000 three-dimensional microscopic was used to observe the surface morphology. The results show that shocking once, the maximum residual principal stress changes a little. There are deepl pits in the laser loading area. The height difference is 13.880 μm between laser loading area and marginal area. Shocking 2-4 times, because of different speeds of elastic wave and plastic wave, the distribution of tensile stress and compressive stress on the material surface are uneven. Some parts of the material surface are raised, and the others are sunken.
