摘 要:通过三种不同的316L不锈钢金属粉末制备了金属粉末注射成形喂料,利用RH2200型毛细管流变仪,研究了不同粒径不同形貌的316L不锈钢金属粉末对金属粉末注射成形喂料流变性能的影响。通过线性回归分析,计算该喂料的非牛顿指数n、粘流活化能E和综合流变学因子αSTV的大小。结果表明:喂料粘度随剪切速率的增大而减小,具有良好的充模性,呈假塑性流体;22μm球形316L不锈钢金属粉末制备的喂料具有较小的非牛顿指数和粘流活化能,综合流变性能最好。Metal injection molding feedstocks were prepared by three kinds of 316L stainless steel metal powders. The effects of 316L stainless steel metal powder with different particle size and different morphologies on the rheological properties of metal powder injection molding feedstock were investigated by RH2200 capillary rheologieal instrument. The non-Newtonian index n, viscous flow activation energy E and rheological index asw of the feedstock were calculated by regression analysis. The results show that the viscosity of feedstock decreases with he increase of shear rate, which has good mold filling properties, in pseudoplastic fluid. The feedstock prepared by 316L stainless steel with 22 μm spherical Powders possesses a smaller non-Newtonian index and viscous flow activation energy index, and then, the comprehensive rheological characteristics is the best.
