烧结时间对LiTaO_3基复合陶瓷显微组织的影响

摘  要:在1200℃分别保温为1、2、3和4 h常压烧结制备LiTaO_3基复合陶瓷。对该复合陶瓷进行XRD物相分析、SEM显微结构观察及EDS分析。结果表明:制备的该复合陶瓷中主要有Mn3O4、LiTaO_3物相。复合陶瓷内部存在气孔和缺陷。随烧结时间的延长,LiTaO_3基复合陶瓷内部的晶粒尺寸越均匀。复合陶瓷中添加的Mn O2以Mn3O4形式存在,且两种物相之间发生了明显的固溶现象。随烧结时间的延长,LiTaO_3基复合陶瓷中的两种物相形貌相似,两相固溶充分。LiTaO3 matrix compound ceramics was prepared by sintering at 1200℃ for 1, 2, 3 and 4 h under ordinary pressure. The XRD spectrum analysis, SEM morpholohy observation and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) analysis of the compound ceramics were carried out . The results show that the prepared compound ceramics is mainly composed of Mn3O4 and LiTaO3 phases. There are pores and defects in the compound ceramics. With the increase of sintering time, the grain size of LiTaO3 matrix composite ceramics becomes more uniform. The MnO2 addition in composite ceramics is in the form of Mn3O4, and there is obvious solid solution phenomena between two kinds of phases. With the increase of sintering time, the morphology of the two kinds of phases in LiTaO3 matrix composite ceramic is similar, and the solid solution of the two kinds of phase is abundant.
