摘  要:借助SEM及其附件EBSD等检测手段,对不同常化工艺后的稀土微合金化高牌号无取向硅钢试样表层及心部组织进行了表征和分析,研究了常化工艺对稀土微合金化高牌号无取向硅钢组织变化的影响。结果表明:常化过程中试样表层与心部存在着不同温度梯度,试样表面更容易发生再结晶行为;800℃×3 min、900℃×3 min的常化工艺不能使试样完全发生再结晶,而1000℃×3 min的常化工艺会使试样再结晶晶粒异常长大;实验钢在900℃×4 min的常化工艺下组织均匀,有利于后续冷轧加工。Microstructure on the surface and in the centre of the rare earth micro-alloyed high grade non-oriented silicon steel sample after different normalizing processes were characterized and analyzed with the SEM and its accessories EBSD. The effects of normalizing process on the mierostructure of rare earth micro-alloyed high grade non-oriented silicon steel were studied. The results show that the surface layer of the sample and the center of the core have different temperature gradients, and the recrystallization behavior is more easy to occur on the surface of steel sample; the normalization process of 800℃×3 min and 900 ℃×3 min can not make the sample complete recrystallization, and normalizing process of 1000 ℃× 3 min makes the recrystallization grain grow up abnormally; the microstructure of the experimental steel is uniform under normalizing process of 900 ℃×4 min, and it is advantageous to subsequent cold rolling.
