摘 要:采用氧化絮凝技术对高盐高氨氮废水进行实验研究,通过正交实验和单因素实验探讨浓硫酸加入量、高锰酸钾浓度、氯化钙浓度以及高效剂加入量等对处理效果的影响。结果表明:当浓硫酸体积分数为8.5 mL/L,高锰酸钾质量浓度为16 mg/L,氯化钙质量浓度为8 mg/L,高效剂体积分数为5 mL/L时,氨氮去除率最高,达到了99.1%。出水氨氮质量浓度由972mg/L降到8.9 mg/L,达到企业要求的标准,且核算后成本较低,处理1 t水约5.64元。By oxidation flocculation technology, the high salt and high ammonia nitrogen wastewater was experimentally studied. Through the orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment, the concentrated sulfuric acid adding amount and concentration of potassium permanganate, the concentration of calcium chloride and efficient agent amount influence on the treatment effect were studied, The results showed that when the conditions for the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid was 8.5 mg/L potassium permanganate concentration was 16 mg/L, calcium chloride concentration was 8 mg/L, the amount of efficient agent was 5 mL/L, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was the highest, reaching 99.1%. Effluent ammonia value from 972 mg/L dropped down to 8.9 rag/L, meeting the requirements of the enterprise standard. And the dealing cost is tow, which was 5.64 yuan in treatment a ton of the targeted water.
