摘 要:煤化工废水是一种典型的难降解工业废水,在生化处理前需要采用预处理工艺以去除废水中难降解组分和提高后续生化处理的效果。以硫酸亚铁(Fe SO4)为絮凝剂,聚丙烯酰胺(Polyacrylamide,PAM)为助凝剂对煤化工废水进行混凝预处理,重点考察难降解组分的去除和可生化性的提高。当溶液p H为9,Fe SO4和PAM投加量分别为1.5 g/L和1.0 mg/L时,抑制微生物生长的呈色组分和油类物质去除率分别达到90%和58%;紫外-可见光谱显示,难降解的氮杂环、稠环类污染物及单环芳香化合物的去除率分别可达52%和29%;废水BOD5/COD比值从0.15提高到0.26。混凝出水经上流式厌氧滤池与气升环流好氧反应器组合工艺处理后,COD从2700 mg/L降至113±18 mg/L,降解率达96%。实验结果表明,硫酸亚铁混凝法可作为一种高效、简便的预处理方法用于去除煤化工废水中的难降解组分。Coal-chemical engineering wastewater is a typical refractory industrial wastewater and needs pretreatment to remove the recalcitrant compounds in it and improve its biodegradability. Pretreatment was investigated with ferrous sulfate(Fe SO4) as a coagulant and polyacrylamide(Polyacrylamide, PAM) as a coagulant aid for the removal of recalcitrant compounds and the improvement of biodegradability of coal-chemical engineering wastewater. The experimental results showed that the optimal operational condition was achieved at initial pH value 9, Fe SO4 dosage 2 g/L and PAM dosage 1 mg/L with a color and oil removal efficiency of 90 % and 58 %, respectively. The UV-vis absorption spectra indicated that 52 % of recalcitrant nitrogen heterocyclic and fused ring compounds and 29 % of monocyclic aromatic compounds were removed during the coagulation process. The biodegradability of the wastewater was thereafter significantly improved as the BOD5/COD ratio of the wastewater was increased from 0.15 to 0.26. After the treatment with sequential upflow anaerobic filter and air lift reactor, the COD of the coagulation effluent decreased from 2700 mg/L to 113± 18 mg/L with a removal efficiency of 96 %. It indicated that ferrous sulfate coagulation is a simple and effective pretreatment method for the removal of recalcitrant compounds from coal-chemical engineering wastewater.
