摘  要:文章研究了水性油墨在PVC封边条印刷中的耐光色牢度性能。研究结果表明,添加了铁黄和铁红颜料的水性油墨PVC封边条比添加了有机黄和品红颜料的封边条具有更好的耐光色牢度,这主要与铁黄和铁红具有更好的耐太阳光降解性能和在水性油墨中更好的分散性能有关。In the work, the color fastness of water based ink in printing the surface of PVC edge banding was studied in details. Results from experiments showed that the color fastness of water based ink with ferrite yellow or iron oxide red was much better than that with rubin or organic pigment red, which can be ascribed to the better anti-UV decomposed property and good dispersion of ferrite yellow or iron oxide red in the water based ink in printing the surface of PVC edge banding, as revealed by FTIR and SEM measurements.
