摘  要:针对中原油田卫城油矿地层结垢特征以及对油田生产的危害,分析了地层防垢机理,并开展了地层清防垢复合技术研究。其中清垢剂技术采用物相转化两步法对难溶的Ca SO_4·2H2O盐垢采取实现先转化后溶解的方法,使其溶解率达到了90%以上,溶解度达到了18 g/100 m L以上;防垢剂通过吸附、分散、晶格畸变等作用,对Ca SO_4·2H_2O、Ca CO_3盐垢的防垢率可达到95%以上,并在砂岩储层多孔介质中具有吸附率高,延缓释放性能好,有效期长等特点。现场应用地层清防垢复合技术3井次,取得了累计增油657 t的良好效果。Aim at scaling characteristics and the harm of oil production in Weicheng Oilfield formation, analyzes the formation mechanism of anti scaling, and carry out the anti scaling technology of composite formation. Among them, the cleaning agent technology using phase transformation of two steps on the difficult solution of Ca SO4·2H2O salt scale to take to achieve the first after the dissolution of the method, so that the dissolution rate reached more than 90 %, the solubility reached 18 mL g/100; Anti fouling agent by adsorption, dispersion and lattice distortion effect on anti fouling rate can reach more than 95 % Ca SO4·2H2O, Ca CO3 salt, and has a high adsorption rate in the sandstone reservoir in porous medium, delaying the release of good performance, the characteristics of long effective period. Three well times of formation cleaning and scale prevention in site application, has achieved a good effect of cumulative oil 657 t.
