摘  要:针对目前国内市场浸没燃烧器存在的现状,设计了一套燃气全预混的浸没式燃烧系统,将燃烧室置于冷流体中,解决了燃烧室在高温燃烧的情况下还需要附加冷却装置的缺点,并对实验装置进行了测试,分析了在不同水深的情况下全预混燃烧器的加热温度和燃烧情况,测试了CO和NO_x排放量等数据,为进一步设计和研究全预混浸没燃烧器打下了良好的基础。Based on the current situation of submerged burner in China, a submerged combustion system with gas fully premixed has been designed. In this system, the heating room is put into cold fluid, so it does not need any extra cooling device during burning situation. Meanwhile, the experimental device has been tested, heating temperature and combustion situation at different water depth have been analyzed, and the CO and NOx emissions datum have been tested. These give the base to the further design and research on submerged burner with fully oremixed.
