摘 要:国际出口市场占有率、显示性比较优势指数和净出口比率指数是衡量一个国家或区域出口竞争优势的重要指标。湖南作为中国重要的产茶区之一,素有"江南茶乡"之称。通过对湖南茶叶产业的国际竞争力进行测算,并基于钻石模型做了延展性分析。研究发现,湖南茶叶产业具有较强的国际竞争力,且呈持续增强趋势,但也存在一些不利因素的制约。因此,应进一步理顺发展思路,在供给侧改革、科技创新、茶文旅融合,质量建设和品牌发展诸方面发力,进一步推进湖南茶叶产业国际竞争力水平。International export market share, revealed comparative advantage index and net export ratio index are important ndica- tors to measure country or regiong export competitiveness. As one of the important Chinese tea producing area, Hunan is known as the title " Jiangnan Hometown of Tea" . This paper selects the export market share, revealed comparative ad- vantage index and net export ratio of three evaluation index for the international competitiveness of tea industryin Hunan were estimated, and based on the diamond model, ductility analysis done. The results show that Hunan' tea industry has a strong international competitiveness, and shows a continued increasing trend, while there are some constraints un- favorable factors. Therefore, it should further rationalize the development of ideas, reform and innovation in five areas : supply - side reform, technological innovation, integration of the tea industry, tea culture and tourism, quality con- struction and branding development, in order to enhance the international competitiveness of Hunan tea industry level.
