摘 要:以二氧化铅为原料,氢氧化钠为反应介质,考查了碱熔融焙烧二氧化铅的反应过程。采用XRD分析手段检测了不同温度焙烧熟料的物相结构。结果表明,二氧化铅与氢氧化钠反应首先生成Na_4PbO_4,随着温度的升高,Na_4PbO_4转化为Na_6PbO_5。并有部分PbO_2分解生成Pb_2O_3,温度继续升高Pb_2O_3又转变为Pb_3O_4。最终反应产物为Na_6Pb O_5和Pb_3O_4,NaOH反应不完全。Employing PbO2 as raw material, NaOH as reaction medium, the reaction process of roasting PbO2 using molten NaOH was investigated. The phases of roasting products obtained at different temperature were examined by XRD. The results indicated that the Na4PbO4 was synthesized at first when PbO2 reacted with NaOH,and then Na4 PbO4 was transformed into Na6PbO5 with reaction temperature rising. Pb2O3 was obtained from PbO2 decomposing, then Pb/O3 was transformed into Pb3Oawith temperature rising. The final phases in specimen were Na6PbO5 and Pb3O4. NaOH reacted incompletely.
